This is the Subscriber Agreement for using Always Gospel, Inc. Member's Subscription Services (referred to as the "product(s)" and "service(s)" within this agreement). Usage of the product means that the subscriber or product and services user agrees to the following Payment/Cancellation Policy, Disclaimer, Terms and Conditions of Always Gospel, Inc.

Subscription, Payment and Cancellation Policy
Always Gospel, Inc offers annual subscriptions for a fee of $29.95 USD per year which is non-refundable once your account has been activated. Your credit card will then be automatically charged an annual subscription fee of $29.95 USD at the end of your subscription period, if we do not receive a request for cancellation. The subscription will be automatically renewed and billed each renewal day unless you notify us to cancel at least three business days prior to your upcoming renewal day. You can email support@alwaysgospel.com to cancel the annual subscription at any time. You will however receive full remaining annual services and we will stop the payments for the new year. After your cancellation has been confirmed, you will still be able to use your paid services up until your renewal day. Always Gospel, Inc. is not responsible for any refunds or issues arising from any questions or understandings after the subscription is made. However, we are working hard towards achieving high standards of support and services to our members. For any member's support information, write to support@alwaysgospel.com or fill out a contact us form with details and subject and the returning email address. For wires, direct deposit or any other forms of payments you will receive subscription for the paid period and the same policy and disclaimer applies. The amount is non refundable. However, you will receive the services for the paid period.

Disclaimer, Terms and Conditions
This implies to all the products and services provided by Always Gospel, Inc. User agrees that Always Gospel, Inc. and its affiliates make no express or implied warranties. In no event shall Always Gospel, Inc. or its affiliates be liable to user or any third parties for direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, however arising, including without limitation in the event such damages were due to the negligence of or whether such damages were foreseen or unforeseen. You as a subscriber are responsible to provide us with your correct email address and other information in order to receive the products. The products are delivered through the use of a login system that uses the email you provide us at the time of signing up or another email provided by you through a direct email to support@alwaysgospel.com. If the email address you have provided us is wrong, you as a subscriber are held fully responsible for that. At no time will we share or sell your email address to anyone.

You agree that Always Gospel, Inc. may use your subscription details to provide you with information about other related products and services. All products and services are provided in good faith. Any information should only be used as educational purpose or to supplement your own outlook. This information should be used with your own discretion. Reasonable care has been taken to trace ownership of the materials quoted for this website and to obtain permission to use copyrighted materials, when necessary. The products are provided on "as is" basis. The information and contents of this product are subject to change without any prior notice. Always Gospel, Inc. and its affiliates reserve the right, in their sole discretion but without any obligation, to make improvements to, or correct any error or omissions in any portion of the product and services at any time. The subscriber or user agrees not to redistribute, reproduce, publish, sell, broadcast or commercially exploit the information and contents of this product in any manner without the express written consent of Always Gospel, Inc.

There are risks associated with utilizing an Internet-based products and services including, but not limited to, the failure of hardware, software, and Internet connection. Always Gospel, Inc. shall not be under any circumstances responsible for any communication failures, distortions or delays when sending and receiving the services through Internet. Subscription fee changes can be made with a seven days prior notice. Subscription services can be cancelled or stopped at any time with or without any expressed reason. We are working hard to develop a excellence in customer relationship. The login and/ or password can be changed anytime and notified to you as a member. This will access to the member's area. You, as a member, will not share the password to the member's area to anyone without prior permission of Always Gospel, Inc. If you cannot access the member's area due to any reason, you agree to contact us. The member's login is for single personal account use only. Corporate or multi user login can be accessed with special permission and in most of the cases special fee charge by Always Gospel, Inc.
